Rain Dance Wolves are very interesting creatures, they have the ability to perform a dance which will bring rain, because of this, the natives from the Blue Tribal region have developed a relationship with these wolves, they will give them offerings and provide them with protection in exchange for water. These wolves usually live in large packs with one patriarch and matriarch, retreating to their dens in caves during the day.
Rain dance wolves are only found in the Blue Tribal lands located in Cry India, they are widespread here ranging from River Wilds to Wolfwater
This little guy was originally a commission but he is now up for grabs! He is based of a timber wolf, so once I knew he would be up for grabs I had some artistic freedom to change him a little to a more fantasy styled look. The idea of a rain dance wolf popped into my head, and I thought that adding some blue tribal markings would looking really great and a little different. As I have yet to make a wolf that is based in the new region of my world, I though this little wolf definitely belongs in the Blue Tribal region.
Kupo has a resin face and paws that were cast from an original sculpture hand crafted by me. Her body is made from thick faux fur which was designed and sewn by me, she has a wire armature inside making her fully poseable, her face was furred by hand and painted in acrylic paints.
Kupo is approximately 35 x 18cm head to tail.
